DVLA New Release
Throughout the 90's and Naughties, DVLA released all of the Prefix ranges reserving the numbers 1-20 and some with more digits for special release. The final prefix release were the F-Prefix range in August 2009. Since 2001 DVLA have had two new Current Style releases each year and sometimes there are popular combinations worth grabbing and selling on. Each April, DVLA now release approximately 100,000 numbers in what is known as an "extended range" release, issuing numbers 21, 23-29, 31, 121, 123 and 321 with certain prefix year letters.
